What is covered
Accidental Damage
Covers you for repairs and replacements to your gadget if you accidentally damage your gadget, for example you were to drop the device and it stops working.
Liquid Damage
Covers you for repairs and replacements to your gadget which are the result of liquid damage, for example drop your gadget in a sink.
Mechanical Breakdown
Covers you for repairs and replacements to your gadget if it suddenly stops working outside of the manufacturers 1 year warranty.
Cracked Screen
Covers you for repairs and replacements to your gadgets' screen if you accidentally damage your gadget. For example; drop the device and the screen cracks.
Theft Cover
We will replace your gadget if your gadget is stolen from you. Terms and conditions apply see the policy wording booklet.
Loss Cover
We will replace your gadget if you lose your gadget outside of your place of residence. Terms and conditions apply.
Accessory Cover
Covers you for repairs and replacements to your gadgets' accessories up to the amount shown. For example; a broken phone case.
Worldwide Cover
Extends the cover of the policy beyond the UK if you are travelling abroad, up to the number of days shown per trip (unlimited trips).
Unauthorised Use
If your gadget is lost or stolen we will refund the cost of unauthorised calls, messages and downloads made from it after the time it was lost or stolen up to £2500.
Excess amount
An excess is the agreed amount of money you will pay towards a claim on am insurance policy and can be referred to as a 'deductible'. Once the excess has been settled we will then pay the remaining expenses up to the limit of the cover.
