Our claims process
Our claims process has been designed with 3 key aims in mind; reduce the claims lifecycle, drive efficiencies and improve customer experience. We want every customer to have a pleasant experience with us, that’s why we’ve refined our process over time to ensure the best possible experience.
We aim to identify claims which have low risk and can be approved and settled immediately. This is often referred to as fast-tracking. We also assess each claim and give it a risk score so that we can deal with each claim in an efficient manner to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and lower the cost of claims handling.
